Warranty
We offer three (3) months warranty. We only change or repair merchandise purchased from our store(s). We are not responsible for any food, water, or any other perishables. We are not responsible for fire or any other damage caused in your property due to pre-existing conditions situated in and around or in direct or indirect relation to the merchandise bought from our store(s).

General privacy
Appliances To Go (hereinafter referred to as “Store” “Company” “ATG”) will not rent or sell any information from its customers to third party. ATG acknowledges and respects the privacy of its customers and vendors.
Online privacy
Personal information of online purchases of our merchandise by customers is regarded as important just as the privacy of customers under any circumstances. We use technology to ensure your personal information is protected when you buy online, in the process of saving and storing through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). We also utilize Digital Secure Server identification to provide the best protection on the internet.
However much of preventive measures are taken, the customer is aware and the terms of conditions of this document and contract they acknowledge and agree that there may be a chance of information that is stolen or attained just like anything else that is involved with submitting any information over the world wide web. ATG will try to protect customer information through all reasonable means and methods known to us.
Delivery
Delivery Date
Appliances To Go delivers all purchases within 24 -48 hours after transaction was completed. We will contact customers 24 hours in advance to schedule the delivery and details.
NOTE: if the delivery date message is left on the customer’s answering machine or voicemail, the customer should call 678-805-8850
Delivery Time
All deliveries are done in a 3 hour time window, 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm. We will contact the customers at least one hour in advance to confirm the delivery and the presence of the customer or representative at the specified delivery address. In the case any inconvenience comes up delaying the delivery, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform of the delay or to reschedule the delivery. Customers need to be available from the beginning of the first hour to the end of the third hour of their delivery time window to ensure delivery is not missed. If delivery is missed and the customer did not contact Appliances To Go to reschedule the time or date of delivery, the customer will have to pay the delivery fee again for the new scheduled delivery.
